That’s really up to you. Our pods are multi-functional, and fully customisable to your liking. Previously we have built living rooms, home offices, gyms, bedrooms, entertainment rooms, bedrooms (with en-suites and kitchens), and bathrooms. We’ve even had customers that have loved their pods so much that they have built a pod inside a pod.
If you are within a 50km distance of our office (in Footscray, Melbourne) the usual prices (all including GST) and sizes are as follows:
2.4m x 4m Pod – $8,700
3m x 3.3m Pod – $8,700
3m x 5.8m Pod – $10,500
3m x 6m Pod – $11,000
These are for the standard models of each pod. The standard height is 2.4m on a slant to 2.25 m for drainage – although this is also customisable.
Any location further than 50km from our office will incur a $10 fee per kilometre.
Yes, we can make any custom-sized pod up to a 7.3m x 3.5m size. This size would have an internal wall for extra stability. These are a great solution for a granny-flat and could easily provide enough space for a bedroom, en-suite, entertainment area, and kitchenette. The base price (including an internal wall) is $15,000.
Our current lead time is 3-4 weeks (granted that the weather permits). We will drop off materials on the day before the build, and then the build would most likely be completed by 17:00 on the day of the build.
Any additional electrical or plumbing work will happen within 2-5 days of the build.
When a design and details are agreed upon to your satisfaction, we expect a 50% deposit in order to cover material cost. After your pod is completed, the remainder of the pod cost is to be paid.
